The company’s shortlisted submission highlighted several examples of contractor care in action. These included helping contractors understand and access statutory employment rights, tailoring support to individual circumstances and providing reassurance during challenging situations.

The integrated solution combines a contractor onboarding platform, an agency self-service portal and tailored CRM automation, creating a seamless experience for both contractors and recruiters. Through the platform, contractors can complete onboarding 24 hours a day using a personalised digital journey. For recruitment consultants, the dedicated Agency Portal provides real-time visibility of contractor onboarding progress and compliance documentation.
