Last year, at Umbrella.co.uk, we celebrated 15 years of providing the best value, expert, and compliant umbrella payroll services to contractor workers up and down the UK.
It was a time to reflect on where Umbrella.co.uk had come from, but most importantly, where we are going. What will the next 15 years look and feel like for the business and those we work with?
Some things will always stay the same. Umbrella.co.uk will keep the process of onboarding and getting paid as seamless as possible. Getting paid shouldn’t be a complicated experience, and any queries should be answered and dealt with promptly and fully.
We want both our contractor employees and agency partners to feel secure. With FCSA accreditation and ISO certifications,we will continue to put compliance at the heart of what we do and lead the way in a more regulated umbrella industry.
But one thing is going to change, and that’s how Umbrella.co.uk looks. As part of the 15-year celebrations, we have taken to time to carefully consider what makes us special and how we can communicate our core values more clearly. We want to better reflect the people we support across a spectrum of professions, skills, trades, and nationalities.
So, say hello to the new-look Umbrella.co.uk. It’ll be rolled out fully during the coming weeks, finishing with the launch of a new website in July.
It’s still recognisable, it’s still colourful, and it’s still Umbrella.co.uk. It’s just more reflective of who we are after 15 years in the industry, and where we want to be going.
