Free Returns

We hope you won't need to return your umbrella, but if you do, it's easy and free.

Just send the umbrella to us at the address below and we'll happily refund you in full.

Sending the umbrella won't cost you a thing thanks to our freepost address.

Returned umbrellas are accepted upto 30 days after you originally receive them.

To make a return:

  1. Package your return securely in the original packaging and outer box
  2. Send the return to:

  3. You'll be refunded in full once we've got the return.  You'll receive an e-mail from us when this happens.
